In this session you’ll learn about WHY this happens and exercises will show you the way to freedom.
Courage is not the absence of fear but the ability and focus to conquer it. You’ll get that in this session.
You’ll create a personal cheat-sheet to expand your risk-taking moves everyday.
You’ll receive three specific tools that will challenge your thinking and allow you to experiment with what feels best for you. I think it will really open your eyes and prove the science behind the strategy!
The reality is fear NEVER goes away. Our brains are all wired this way, so when you know it’s there and you know how to calm it down, you can push it to the side; and move straight to courage.
